Did V-ups instead of TTB. Scaled wall walks to 7 strict handstand push-ups on last 3 rounds. Never thought 30" box jumps would feel like a rest. Those wall climbs are awful.
  • Omer Basith: 28:08
5 clean and jerk 155 lb 7 wall climbs ( first time, form was terrible) 9 box jumps 30 " 11 v ups 7 rounds
