This workout is 10 rounds of descending reps for each round (except the running). The walking lunges are to be performed 1 each leg, so the first round, you will take a total of 20 steps. When completed, you should've ran a total of 2000 meters, done 55 push presses, and taken 110 walking lunge steps.
