    as prescribed... HA! I only have 30lb. KB so that's what I used. They weren't too bad. However, the pushups. Let's just say the first 3 sets I was pretty good. Thereafter I was toast. I did complete them but modified.... from my knees. Feeling quite sheepish at the moment but on the converse I feel quite strong. Strange.
